What is Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT)?

ELDT regulations set the minimum Federal requirements for training, that entry level drivers must complete before being permitted to take certain commercial driver’s license (CDL) knowledge or skills tests.

Who needs Entry Level Driver Training?
